Everything south of the DC-Maryland line at Eastern Avenue until it intersects with Southern Avenue. Everything northwest of The DC-Maryland line at Southern Avenue until it intersect with South Capital Street and 295N. Everything East of Anacostia Drive until it connects to DC-Maryland line at Eastern Avenue.
